Lord of the Herd
The walrus was created using a piece of caribou pelt for the body and a piece of Dall sheep for the tusks. The ice is also Dall Sheep. I painted the background using acrylic paints. The artwork is preserved in a 9"x12" solid oak shadowbox frame, covered with glass for protection.
